SHIPPING USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method in the Worldwide. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California and will normally arrive within 2-4 business days. Our preferred carrier is USPS.
Typically, orders placed before 11:00 noon PST on a normal business day for in-stock items are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received during non-operating business hours will be shipped the following business day. All orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time for Special Orders, Back Orders & out of Stock.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. You are responsible for those charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Generally, packages may be delayed and held at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.
RETURNS if you are unhappy with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Include the original invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods.
Shipping and handling for both ways (to you and from you) will be paid by customers. The shipping/handling cost for a Free Shipping Order will be deducted from the total order value.
** Please be aware that refused packages will be charged 15% restocking fee but no less than $5.00 along with the carrier charges for both ways.
Due to the fact that we are trying to bring to you the lowest prices on the net, shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped you the wrong item. If you got a defective unit, we will replace it, if we will be unable to do so, you will get 100% refund for the entire order.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only.
